The MAPC is a printmaking conference for printmakers and scientists involved in creating greater ways to be sustainable with the chemicals used in the printmaking process. We were tasked to help solve a branding direction for the conference.
Where a board of selection individuals would take the direction that works best in their minds. Our first step in this branding project was to create a logo with the theme From The Ashes, which was described to us as a new beautiful being created from the ashes of the old tradition of printmaking.
